The Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup supports five volunteer brigades within the shire boundaries: Broomehill East, Broomehill Central, Broomehill West, Tambellup East, and Tambellup West.
Our brigades welcome new members. If you are a new resident to either Broomehill or Tambellup, we encourage you to join your local brigade. A membership application can be downloaded, please complete and forward to the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup for registration. Alternatively, please contact either the Secretary as listed for your area in the contact details, or the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup.
The Tambellup Volunteer Fire and Emergency Service is managed by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, and provides response to fire, road crash and SES activities including land search. New members are always welcome - both front line and behind the scenes. If you are interested in finding out how you can be involved please contact the Administration Officer, Pam Hull on 9825 1176.
