POSITION VACANT:  MANAGER ASSETS AND PROJECTS

The Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup has a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Manager Assets and Projects to join our team on a fixed term contract for up to five years. The Manager Assets and Projects oversees Council projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to a high standard. The role also manages tenders, contracts, and procurement, while leading asset management planning, providing advice for capital works and maintenance, and overseeing building maintenance and cleaning of Shire-owned facilities.

Remuneration and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive total remuneration package of $129,500 to $161,40, comprising:

• A cash component of $100,000–$120,000 per annum, depending on experience;
• Annual leave loading of 17.5%
• Up to 17% superannuation (with matching employee contribution)
