Bushfire Brigades
The Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup supports five volunteer brigades within the shire boundaries: Broomehill East, Broomehill Central, Broomehill West, Tambellup East, and Tambellup West.
Our brigades welcome new members. If you are a new resident to either Broomehill or Tambellup, we encourage you to join your local brigade. A membership application can be downloaded, please complete and forward to the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup for registration. Alternatively, please contact either the Secretary as listed for your area in the contact details, or the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup.

Tambellup Volunteer Fire and Emergency Service
The Tambellup Volunteer Fire and Emergency Service is managed by the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, and provides response to fire, road crash and SES activities including land search. New members are always welcome - both front line and behind the scenes. Members train regularly to maintain skills learned in training that will be used in an emergency situation. St John Ambulance Tambellup
St Johns is always happy to have volunteers, whether front line, driving, or administration.
