PLANT OPERATOR/GENERAL HAND (MAINTENANCE TEAM)

An exciting opportunity is available at the Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup for a reliable and experienced Plant Operator/General Hand to join our Roads Maintenance team. Reporting to the Manager of Works, the successful applicant will assist the team to carry out road and drainage maintenance works, as well as other general labouring duties associated with the Works program.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in effective plant operation (eg truck, loader, roller, skid steer, backhoe, minor plant)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively carry out road and drainage maintenance tasks
  • The ability to work and communicate as part of a team
  • A current minimum Western Australian HR drivers licence

The salary for this position is $62,547 per annum ($29.88 per hour). 

The successful applicant will also be entitled to:
